In 1995 Don Ernesto Lezama was very enthusiastic about creating his own recipe, he wanted to obtain his owncooking style. finally, after combining different species he came up with a unique, incomparable and secret recipe. A seasoning that makes you love the taste of Mexico.
Don Ernesto Lezama has left us a great legacy, an enjoyable recipe that we now use to prepare our most delicius and authentic Mexican tacos.
